Math : Chinese Number

I think Chinese is not his second language. He found a difficulty to remember the numbers in Chinese and he's quite frustrated doing this worksheet. LOL

Nativity : Math

We started new theme this week, Nativity. I've got the materials from some sources. Fritz began by doing Math. There's few activities he had to do. He had to trace the numbers from 1 to 20, make paths and skip counting. So far he could do by himself except the skip 2 counting, he found a bit difficulty in making it.

He asked for doing paper so I asked him to do Math from Evan Moor. 

Math : Measuring Things

He found that measuring using the tool was so fun. So he measured every things in the house. He measured the fridge, box, sofa, table and even the wall. From this, he learned about tens. Nice work, boy! ^_^

Fritz is getting great in addition. I gave him another challenge, he had to count the domino dots. He's a bit confusing with it but he could finish it with my help.

"What time is it, Mama?" {Jam berapa sekarang?}

"What day is today, Mama?" {Hari apa sekarang?}

Recently, he's quite busy asking about time and day. It related with the movie he wanted to watch in Disney Channel, Cars. As he's getting better in his English, he could read the day and time. Then he couldn't stop asking me about the day and time every day until the movie was playing. 

I think it's a great start to let him know more about time. I printed some clock's worksheets for him. He's quite okay and excited to learn it. Great!

Math : IXL

He did his Math worksheet through IXL.com. He's quite bored with this as they give lots of questions. So I had to stay beside him or he's gonna leave it. :D

Math : Do Worksheet

He said he wanted to study in Alpha. So I bought few paperwork for killing time. He was so enthusiast to do it and he could make it by himself with my less supervision. Yeaaahh!!!

Math : Skill Sharpeners Math K

We continued our Math, Creepy Crawlers, this week. I didn't take any pictures for these worksheets. He did lots in counting the objects then pasted the number. He also made some pictures as it's mentioned. He didn't do good in drawing. LOL

We did the Creepy Crawler's section this time. He had to count the bugs, circle the big or small bugs, continue the pattern, dot the number into a lady bug, make graph of the bugs in the picture, do the addition and subtraction. Great job!

Math : Addition

Fritz was using his sticks again to do the addition. I left him to do it by himself but then in few minutes he found a difficulty. He forgot how to do it. :P So I've to accompany him a while to give him the instruction. He's great after that, he finished the worksheet by himself. (Y)

Math : Basic Math Skill from Evan Moor

We;re continuing the first chapter, Things We Wear. It's easy for him but the worksheets were so attractive. He loved it so much!

Math : Writing Number 1-20

I found an activity book with Mickey cover in front it. I gave to Fritz and he said he wanted to do. Okay...we started the 2nd page and he needed to write the number in sequence from 1 to 20. I just realized that he's not good enough in writing those numbers. I took time to fix it. He's not really good in writing number 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9. We practiced...practiced...and practiced till he's better. Don't ask if I've got temper on it or not!. LOL :P

Math : Fraction

He said he wanted to play with this fraction toy because he wanted to eat pizza. He doesn't realize that he's learned about fractions. :D 

Math : IXL

It's his first time doing math using IXL, thanks God, Fritz likes it so much. He's so happy when knowing there's lots of rewards there after he's done finishing the worksheets. Hopefully he'll be like this always. ^_^

Math : Addition

Fritz always likes to do this simple addition. He really loves to count with these colorful sticks. He didn't need any help from me anymore while doing it. He did all of these by himself. He even asked me to give him more worksheets. Good job, boy!

Fritz started to learn addition. It's still simple addition and using a material that I've bought from Asemka. He's quite good enough and understand the concept using the material. He even asked more and more to do the worksheet. It's fun for him. Thanks God he liked it. :)

He loves everything about numbers. He loves counting objects and counting in sequence and also he loves doing maze worksheet.

He started to learn more numbers than 20. He's quite good enough though he still needs more practice on writing the numbers nicely.
