Pictures : Food
He LOVES this cards. He knows the names mostly. He also played with these pretending he was eating with spoon and fork, drinking tea and eating some food from there.
This week, he did the role play too by spooning his Opa a soup whether the soup was hot, warm and spicy. He showed some expression while playing it. If the soup was too hot, he would blow it and he's gonna say "it's warm already, Opa" Then suddenly he accidentally spoiled the soup in his spoon.^^
Activities
*Dough*
I made it for him. With his little fingers, he pressed the dough and made sound of letter E
*Paste E objects*
He learned new words, envelope and Earth, as he knows well the rest of those.
*Circle E*
Surprisingly, he wanted to circle the letter E. He made it one by one without any help from me. He did it very well. ^^
*Coloring E objects*
He started to color on the object, though it's still difficult to ask him to color inside the picture. It's a nice progress of him. In that worksheet, he loved the pic of the broken egg. However, he just couldn't able to recognize the envelope.
*Coloring Eggs*
He's drawing the letter E objects, eggs. He started to recognize the letter E as the name of Oma and Momma....

Tracing
*Eggs*
He's familiar with the first eggs picture. He even colored it when I gave this worksheet to him.
*Letter E*
I showed him a Mickey's pencil and he was so excited. He hurriedly sat on his chair and tried his best to trace the letter E when I gave him this worksheet to him. The first one, I helped him to trace it by asking him to make a line from one egg to other egg. It's quite nice. Then, I asked him to do by himself. The result didn't look as nicely before.
Shape : Eggs Cards
His shape's recognizing is getting well. He knows some shape such as; star, diamond, moon, oval, heart, triangle. \^0^/
Color : Eggs Cards
He didn't show any enthusiast when I asked him to color these cards. He just colored the orange one and the rest was me. =__="
So far he can recognize some colors such as; yellow, red and black.
Workbook
*Tracing straight lines*
Practicing his straight down line as making number 1. He still wasn't able to make it nice and also refused to make it.. -___-"
Learning Toys
*Jungle puzzle*
He asked me to get this puzzle to play. He enjoyed his time by playing it alone. Then, he showed me some animals and able to mention it. He showed me the elephant, zebra, hippo and giraffe.
*Dough*
What a nice day, spending my time till afternoon with Fritz, but the weather wasn't friendly. It's a very hot hot hot day. When I took this pic, the sky was getting gray but it wasn't raining till the next day....=___="
He asked me to sit in the front door and got a dough in hand. We made a Mickey's head, a car and OSO letter. He looked so happy!!
Practical Life : Zipping
Wow...I was so amazed with his progress in zipping. He's able to zip and unzip the cell phone's pocket. It's a little bit hard actually considering the zipper is quite small and there are 3 on it. However, he did it again and again for many times! Zipped...Unzipped....Zipped....Unzipped...^^
Reading : When I Get Sick
I borrowed this book from my work place to help my private student, Laoshi, to practice her pronunciation in English.
Fritz looked at this book and asked me to read for him. He read this book many times. He loves the story about a boy who got sick and his mom was taking care of him.
Mom was very patient and kind. She gave him a medicine, made a pudding, chicken soup, fish porridge, chocolate cake, tea and tickled him too. In the end, Mom was feeling tired and falling asleep. In the next day, the boy was healthy and he brought his mom a breakfast; a sandwich and a milk, to her room.
Miscellaneous
*Eating fried rice*
He didn't want to eat it when I fed him. He chosed to feed himself. He asked me to put his seat and he ate his fried rice by himself with a mug and a tissue near him.
*Playing with Poppa*
Enjoying his night time with Pop....playing with the bolster. He went round and round and did the counting whether in English or Bahasa. Then, he bumped his body to the bolster and fell down. He was laughing happily.
*Playing with Camera*
Taking a picture by himself is a big HIT for him recently. He grabbed my camera and tried to take some pictures of us {Opa, Oma and Mom}. All the pictures were blur whether it's because of his little finger on the lens or he took the pic then he moved the camera few second after that. It's too quick. He has to pause for a while after taking the pic. He still didn't get the concept. That's fine, he just need practicing! ^^
It looks like you did a lot of work! I like how you keep all of his cards and materials together in one place! He is such a cute little guy.
